SAJJAD AHMA versus GOVT. OF BALOCHISTAN
Reconstruction of the provisions of the Constitution Admission Policy at Bolan Medical College during the academic session 1992 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 22 and 25 admission policy of Bolan Medical College (1992 93), Para 29 ? Candidates are required to pass the Matriculation and Intermediate Examination from the respective province until the candidate can satisfy the selection committee with reasons for not studying in the province till the touchstone of the provisions of Arts 22 & The admission policy is valid for Rs 29. The admission policy states that the candidates must have passed the required examinations from the respective province, with the aim that they would provide maximum facilities to the students who were studying in the province. In order to gain admission to such students, however, the professional institute in the field of medicine at the discretion of the province, however, was incomprehensible h The selection committee would allow admission to those students who passed the required exams from outside the province. Were they allowed to enroll in a medical college if they did not attend the provincial admission policy? For whatever reason, it cannot be assumed that the basis for such a policy on comprehensible or reasonable considerations is not the progress of the individual student, but the progress of the students as a class at the admission of Bolan Medical College. The Government's policy was taken into consideration by paragraph 29, so it did not negate the sentiment. Article 22 (4) of the Constitution and the principles contained in Article 25 of the Constitution were also not violated.
