Medical Specialist Board enrolled in First Air MBB section class against one of the reserved seats for prospective 93 disabled students of Punjab Government Medical Colleges for Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Session 1992. Was not physically fit. Following a qualifying examination to study medicine and perform professional duties, the admissions board refused to admit the applicant on the basis of a report from the Medical Specialist Validity Board consisting of five senior specialists. The MB, B-section examination, the High Court, correctly observed that the court could not alter its opinion for the opinion of the Board of Specialists constituted by the Admissions Board, excluding any grounds for interfering with the High Court's decision.
