XL of the CLC Code of Conduct, the CPC appeals from the original decree O XLI, R 27 as additional evidence, as a preparation for the purpose for any other doubtful purpose, as used in XX, R 27. The PC cannot be considered strictly for the Appellate Court with a narrow view. When the Court was satisfied that the preparation of such evidence was necessary to fulfill the ends of justice, the procedure for the use of such discretion was mandated.
