Section 10 and 11 of the Homeless Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1958, Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) were transferred to the respondents containing shops on the ground floor while the upper house was transferred to the applicant. The shop, which had a dispute over the roof of the shops, was claimed as a courtyard, while the High Court said that the transfer of the shop meant that its transfer from the ground to the sky should be reviewed.
