MUHAMMAD YAQUB versus ESSAJEE EBRAHIMJEE AND CO
The Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 section 15 (2) (iii) (a) in its written statement acknowledged that a portion of the dwelling house in the dispute was attached to his consent by his son, But it was not handed over to the landlord's consent. Without the consent of the landlord, another person's house or even a portion thereof, was sufficient to hold the tenant liable for eviction, when the landlord had gone out against the tenant completely. The controller had rightly ordered the eviction of the tenant on the basis of slabbing.
