The Explosive Substances Act, 1908 Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 10 Trial for absence of accused in absentia was a highly contested case of Article 10 of Constitution and could not be sustained and consequently the accused. The sentence was set aside. According to the law, the case was remanded in a special court because the accused handed it over to law enforcement.
