The Displaced Persons (Land Settlement) Act 1958 Section 10 and 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 repealed the allotment on the basis that in the case of the Production Index Unit, the Deputy Tail Settlement Commissioner stated in its report. The actual allotment of excess land was well below the amount of time of cancellation. Such report was not verified, the order of cancellation was declared without legal authority and without legal effect and the cancellation of the land. The order was set aside. The notified officer was remanded for a similar decision
