JAMAL DIN versus AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR GOVERNMENT
Prior to the service tribunal limitation, the original order of section 4 appeal was passed on 12th 1989. An appeal against such order was filed and dismissed within a period of time before the department authority or the appeal could be filed before the service tribunal during 209 1990 within thirty days of the communication of that order. A government employee inside, did not mention anything in the memo of this appeal. This order was communicated to a government employee in the absence of a public employee speculation when such a request was not reported by the public servant when it was approved by the department authority before the service tribunal.
