Civil Procedure Code Order XXXVII of CPC Summary Procedure, OXXXVII, Rr 2 and 3 Suit on Communications Equipment was granted by the court in summary jurisdiction for refusing to allow the defendant to submit the application and respondent. Ali claimed that he was not properly served and did not refrain from appearing for leave and applying to defend the case, but he was allowed to do so by a lower court without any legal justification. Was not allowed, however, the defendant's claim was invalid, and his attitude was wrong. The dispute was disgusting because it permanently avoided the service. The processor server visited the defendant several times but could not affect the service. Eventually, when the server processed the plaintiff, he left the service. Did not recognize but raised objections that were illegal if the plaintiff did not have a copy. Take the signature of the plaintiff or the lawyer, or if the defendant was deficient in some cases, the proper way for the defendant should have been to lift the court and such petitions and other appeals, and apply for permission to fight the case.
