The Code of Conduct 1908 Section 12 (2) challenging the decree and decree separately on the basis of fraud and misrepresentation is available only to the party who has committed fraud, misrepresentation and jurisdiction. It retains the jurisdiction between the parties or their representatives and applies to it, not as a separate case.
