Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 accused of expelling the applicant from his house to ascertain whether the applicant had contracted to sell the house in dispute and in turn executed an action until some evidence was filed. Were not done which was not possible. The applicant of the constitutional proceedings was instructed to refer to the appropriate civil court to resolve his complaint. In view of the police report, the registration of the case against the accused persons was also rejected, according to which the applicant was acquitted. There was no incident of interference that was decided accordingly
