In cases under Sections 498 and 497 (1), Section 497 (1), interim pre-arrest bail, the PC cannot be allowed unless its other provisions are complied with. However, no timeline is set for any notice. In appropriate cases of prosecution and genuine difficulties, an application for a pre-bail hearing can be heard on the same day that the same application is filed after giving notice to the prosecutor.
