The clearing of jurisdiction under the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 143 West Pakistan Pure Food Ordinance (VII of 1960), Preamble Cantonment Pure Food Act (XVI of 1966), West Pakistan Pure Food Ordinance, 1960 (Provincial Law) and The Containment Pure Food Act, 1966 (Federal Statute) resulted in conflicting actions and conflicting orders, and it was not possible to harmonize the provisions of the two laws and eliminate conflicts. Couldn't agree. There is the West Pakistan Pure Food Ordinance, 1960 is a provincial law, even as the area of cantonment is concerned, it gave way to the Cantonment Pure Food Act, 1966, which was a federal constitution.
