Punjab Local Councils (Election Petition) Rules 1979 R3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 was rejected before the election results which were formally published in the official Gazette, rejecting the election petitions, not authorized Was. When the election requests were decided, the result was published in the official Gazette election applications, even though they were premature, at the time of the institution, already matured before the decision, and thus on this account. The dismissal order was declared to have no legal effect with or without the legitimate authority of the election applications, the election applications will be considered pending which will proceed with such decision in accordance with the law.
