In the Applicable Properties (Taking over Management) Act 1975 Section 5 (2) petition, the plot discussed by the applicant was claimed to have been purchased from the original owner who was from East Pakistan. The Authority had ruled that the respondent's authority was based on the premise that there was no record operative means in the law, which gave the applicant the title of property, the whole matter of the applicant is linked to the authority of the lawyer.
