GHULAM MURTAZA versus MUHAMMAD ARIF
Article 2302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 against the High Court's order that the complainant should be discharged to the Supreme Court in which the accused was not confirmed death sentence but was sentenced to life imprisonment. The incident took place on 12 12 1981 and the judgment was declared by the trial court in section 122, declaring the accused PPC 5 in 1984. The High Court had filed the judgment on 269 1987, which if the High Court had affirmed the death sentence on the accused, he would have been entitled to benefit. In 1988, the Supreme Court, granted by President Pakistan through the General Amnesty Order, refused to interfere in the circumstances awarded by the High Court.
