MUHAMMAD JAWED versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Sindh Local Government Ordinance 1979 Section 57, 57 Constitution, 58 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 removal of the chairman and suspension of the applicant of the local council was changed to an elected chairman of the town committee and the town committee was subsequently transferred by the government. Rejected without any charges and inquiries. The ordinance provided that the petitioner was not issued a show cause notice or was against the principles of illegal and natural justice in connection with the action against the Town Committee by the Government.
