According to the Criminal Procedure Code (CR PC) Section 173 Penal Code (XLV of 1860), sections 148/149/323/325 and 452 prosecution, five persons participated in the incident and in the report under 5 173, CR filed a complaint with the police. If any of the accused had fled after the incident, it would not mean that the accused had not participated in the incident when the accused was always charged for the crime.
