Implementation of the process refuses to execute any lawyer in favor of the said person. That he admits in his statement before the court that the original power of attorney was not provided to the attorney at the time of the execution of the contract of sale, so was the power of attorney, based on the forged document and the sale. The executing person, the owner (the plaintiff), was not authorized to perform any sale by the seller. As such, the action taken in favor of the trader's claimant was not valid
