MUHAMMAD ALAM versus THE STATE
The Sindh Crimes Control Act 1975 Section 14 Criminal Code (v. 1898), the allegations of section 555 complaints were vague and general in nature because the time, date and place of the alleged acts were not mentioned. The former was not charged with culpability and did not even mention the outcome of the cases filed against him, most of which were related to the years 1982 and 1983 except the Sindh Crimes Control Act of 1986. The provisions of 1975 meant that for the hard and notorious criminals to appear, the court ordered that the proceedings against the accused be mechanically adjourned without further notice of the facts of the case.
