Section 164 (4), the third law [as added by the Sindh Land Revenue (Amendment) Ordinance (XI of 1980]) directs the Additional Commissioner's remand to the Assistant Commissioner to make a new division of property which is Additional. The Commissioner was not entitled to remand the matter to a lower authority pursuant to the third provision of section 6464 (()), the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967. Legal authority approved.
