NOOR HUSSAIN versus FAROOQ ZAMAN
Section 2302 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), section 185, has been upheld for good reasons for appeal against a bad trial, unless the Supreme Court can reach that conclusion. The trial court's findings did not result in the hearing. The men of the High Court were artificial, shocking, funny, based on the misrepresentation of the evidence and led to the abortion of justice. The appeal against the fate of the accused was dropped.
