Sections 514 and 561 of a Penal Code (XLV of 1860), section 458/411/120 were charged with conspiracy to seize money but not out of sheer compassion. The amount in respect of which was presented. Through two other guarantees, the accused was reduced from Rs 30,000 to Rs 4,000 and justice and equality demanded to bring the applicant equal to the other guarantees, especially when he collected Rs 5,000 already seized. The applicant's guaranteed bond bond amount was reduced from Rs 20,000 to Rs 4,000 which he had already deposited and the process of collecting the remaining amount was canceled accordingly.
