Section 117 Civil disputes between members of the Hindu community need to be resolved by special procedures for such disputes, under which the dispute can be clearly divided into two parts. An issue that involves the interpretation of use or customs or is associated with personal law should be decided by a particular forum consisting of members of the Panchayat / Jirga. And other matters in which the matters of the (Hindu) and the Judge are required, include complex points about it, then, following its discretion, such matters may also be referred to the Panchayat / Jirga. Granted, other matters are regulated by common law, which applies equally to members. The Hindu community and them will be dealt with and decided through common forums
