The provisions of Sections 15 and 30 of the Punjab Pre-Ordinance Ordinance (v. 1990), Section 34 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Articles 203 and the effective provisions of Articles 15 and 30 of the Punjab Pre-Impression Act, 1913, ceased to be effective from August 1. Since 1986, he was declared as the benefactor of the integration of Islam under Article 203D, under the Constitution of Pakistan in the Syed Kamal Shah Case PLD 1986 SC 360 and as a result of such declaration, the Punjab Prevention Act, 1913 Was declared ineligible. The Pre-emption Act, 1913, although a part of the book of the Constitution, still contained dead letters that were practically ineffective and their provisions were buried in the wreckage of deprecated legislation by the abolition of provisions. May be removed by law as ineffective.
