The West Pakistan Weapons Ordinance 1965 was affirmed under Section 13D Terrorism Activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), Section 4 and Schedule Appreciation was in the possession of 30 bore pistols. There was no trial court hearing. The pressures of the Terrorism Activities (Special Courts) Act, 1975, and the conviction and punishment of the perpetrators were left without any jurisdiction for the trial court to direct its trial.
