The Agricultural Product Markets Act 1939 was not in line with the Resolution of Sections 6 (1), 29 (2) and 4 (2) of the Criminal Procedure, Regulation (V of 1898), Sections 249A and 417 against the bad challan. And according to section 29 (2) of the Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1939, a similar trial against the accused was bad, which was badly dismissed by the trial court, and accordingly it was acquitted.
