ZESHAN BUILDERS versus KARACHI BUILDING CONTROL AUTHORITY
Jurisdiction Act 1924 Sections 3 and 178A to 190 Sindh Building Control Ordinance (v. 1979), Sections 2 and 6 authority and approval of the underground building plan building located in the area of the Cantonment Board.
