Articles 8 (4) and 12 of the Special Courts for Rapid Trials Act 1987 (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 307, 109 and 34 of Pakistan (1973), Article 10 appeal against the accused in the absence of appeal case. Article 10, Constitution of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), and thus acts like restraint of indulgence, filing of appeals, etc. in the eyes of the law will not begin to operate in cases that are outlawed.
