Section 5 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1947 (XLV of 1860), Special Judge of Section 161 Territorial Jurisdiction, Anti-Corruption, had no jurisdiction to prosecute because it belonged to someone else. The division has territorial jurisdiction over which the evidence is listed. Without the jurisdiction in this case by the aforesaid judge, the conviction of the accused was illegal and on the basis of such evidence, the conviction was adjourned and the case was adjourned to the special judge, anti-corruption. Was sent to whose jurisdiction he fell for trial in accordance with law
