RIASAT ALI versus RAHIM BAKHSH
Section 10 of the Contract Act, 1872, on the contract of sale of stamped stamp on which the sale contract was written, indicated that the same was purchased on 11 11 1971 1971 neither stamp name of the seller was shown in such stamp paper. Neither went to the place where the document was purchased further stated that he was hanged on the 12 11 1971 version of the plaintiff and his witnesses said that the stamp was purchased on the date of execution of the document, complete with this entry. The document, which was purchased by Maxim, was written just a week after it was demolished. Lied but the document could not be fully attracted to the facts and the agreement to sell the matter was not proved in the circumstances.
