Appeal can only be heard in the partition proceedings against the order of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 section 162 Appeal Forum Tehsildar and the decision of the district appeal against the matter was presented to the Assistant Commissioner / Collector, submitted in the wrong forum. Such an appeal was subsequently dismissed by the Deputy Commissioner / Collector to the maximum extent possible. Partition proceedings have been left to consider a portion of the land acquired by the Department of Highways for the construction of a road, which could cause permanent damage to either of the parties. In this way, the District Collector's merit order looked severe and the Additional Commissioner rightly set it aside.
