Appeal can only be heard in the partition proceedings against the order of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 section 162 Appeal Forum Tehsildar and the decision of the district appeal against the matter was presented to the Assistant Commissioner / Collector, submitted in the wrong forum.
