Under the Criminal Code (CR PC) Section 154 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 law, the officer in charge of the police station is requested to reduce the information provided in the case of commission of an identifiable offense. Therefore, the Commissioner of the Station House Officer was commendable for recording his report. As a result, the station house officer was instructed to file the case as per the written report of the applicants and investigate it according to law.
