GHULAM RASOOL KHAN versus MOTOR FISHING BOAT
The plaintiff, who appealed to the High Court of Section 3 of the Law Reform Ordinance 1972, who claimed that he was the owner of the fishing boat, claimed that he had seized the same and permanently prohibited boat. He had taken possession of the state authorities of Maswak and then the defendant / defendant was auctioned and bought such a boat and claimed possession of it which was given to him on security.
