Ordinance of the Banking Companies section 1962, 5 (mm) secured loan or advance means the definition of security provided under the Capital Issues (Continuation of Control) Act 1947, under section 5 (mm) of the Ordinance of Banking Companies, 1962 Adopted: Under this ordinance a `secured loan or advance is a loan made against such security of assets whose value is not less than the loan at any time, however, the unsecured loan or advance.
