Section 101 of Punjab Agricultural Product Markets Ordinance (XXIII of 1978), Section 4 (3) of the Punjab Agricultural Product Markets Ordinance, 1978 encompasses a very wide field, whereas the provisions of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 cover only one of its rules. Limited scope completed. Although the latter law would not apply to the case, the government would, however, wish to resolve disputes in such a way as to protect innocent private parties from unnecessarily expensive litigation.
