GHULAM HAIDER versus MUHAMMAD QASAM
The Civil Procedure Code Order XX and DROX of the CPC Decree, the R14 Article of the Pre-Impeachment Suite Lodges Trial Court's order not only fixed the amount to pay the purchase price but also the date and condition of it. The effect of default on compliance was also reported. The objection that the trial court's order failed to effect the timely sale of stock in respect of the grant of property rights to the pre-emptor and that the direction of transfer of possession to the emperor before the ruling was incomprehensible. Payment must be made by the due date of the purchase money, the plaintiff transferring possession of the property to the plaintiff whose title is received from the date of such payment is deemed to be the transfer of title vesting and transfer from the process of law, In this regard, the order of the proceedings was not arrested or suspended by any error in the order. In the pre-emption suit, the cost of the purchase, the date of the filing of the deposit for the relief and nothing more, however, precedes a pre-existing clause, in the pre-trial trial decision. The effectiveness was not effective, thus, the trial court's order was in accordance with the requirements of OXX, R 14, Civil Procedure Code 1908.
