Section 2 (2) of the Evacuated Property and Displaced Persons Act (1975) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Settlement Authority, which exists, to transfer the Deputy Settlement Commissioner to a party entitled to it. For what could be called an irrevocable remand case, such an order was not finalized in the House and there was no question of division. In the post-remand proceedings, the Deputy Settlement Commissioner had to determine the privileges of the parties that depended on their ownership on the specified date of December 20. 1958, or in any case against the direction of the Deputy Settlement Commissioner, Remand's action on August 3, 1960, all his attention was focused on the question of who was in his possession when he filed the case on July 24, 1976.
