SAIFULLAH versus THE STATE
The application for amendment of the Civil Procedure Code Order VI VI, generally referred to as CPC's generally O VI, R 17, relates to the way in which evidence was recorded in the cases in which the parties to the case were involved. The requests had nothing to do with it. If the applicant has any objection to the recording of the evidence, he may be incensed at this point in his arguments rather than editing the written statement; disallowing the modification of the written statement was circumstantial.
