STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN versus MESSRS NATIONAL CORPORATION
The charge against Section 43A & 83 (1D) Corporation of the 1962 Ordinance of Banking Companies was that the corporation was not permanently authorized by the corporation from the affairs of the capital and corporate law authority or the Registrar Co-operative Societies, The public was invited to collect money through advertising. Violation of Section 27A of the Ordinance, 1962, and the same under section 83 (1D) of the same Ordinance Corporation, which had allegedly made public advertisements for depositing deposits, were admitted to various addresses. The firm was registered with and had no corporate affiliation. A complaint was filed against the complainant. The complainant accepted the complaint without any confirmation and failed to acknowledge the fact on which the notice was issued, it was registered, while proceedings against the corporation were launched There was no registration and it was completely different. The partners of the unregistered corporation were dragged into unnecessary matters and the allegations against them were baseless.
