Through the National Identity Card and Passport, the Sindh Tenant Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 14, the landlord had fully proved that at the time of filing the eviction petition against the tenant, he had been the owner of 60 years on the basis of these two documents. The house was rightfully claimed to be entitled to an order. Under section 14 of the Ordinance, the right to be excluded in the view that the national identity card and passport can be properly relied upon by the rent controller in support of the proof of landlord's age.
