Sections 14 and 17 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) award conclude the settlement agreement between the parties, which includes the decision of the arbitrators, and the decision on the matter on which the arbitrators. Was not recorded in his award which was approved by the court. The basis of the agreement was as valid and enforceable as the arbitrators' decision on the dispute settled by them, but not the decision on the dispute which was not decided by them but which was to be awarded. The action was included in the order of the agreement, let it be ruled. The court case was remanded by the Supreme Court to the appellate court to decide whether the compromise order is enforceable and whether both parties are capable of fulfilling their mutual promises.
