Sections 36 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Rules, 1968, Art 17 and 19 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 199 and 185 (3) were granted leave of appeal to examine the argument that the order in respect of the appointment of a limber was granted by the High Court. The member seeking remand for the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction was not responsible for the remand of the Board of Revenue.
