Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Sections 514 Customs Act (IV of 1969), Sections 156 (1) (8) and 185F Bail Bonds, guarantees an amount of Rs. I was guaranteed. The bail was granted in a case registered under section 156 (1) (8) of the Customs Act, 1969, the accused absconded and his bail was confiscated, responding to the notice issued on bail under section 514. I, the CRPC, called for a smooth action, whereby the trial court sent a sum of Rs. 1,00,000 and directed it to deposit Rs. 4,00,000 within a week. The bail was further pleaded that he stood on bail due to the favor, the High Court said, adding that there was such a request for bail. It has not been proven on record and that if the risk of financial loss has been eased then there will be no possibility of securing the presence of the accused in such cases under which the review request was dropped.
