Under the Government Land (Punjab) Act 1912 Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Pedigree Livestock Breeding Scheme, 1965, the applicant was granted a land allotment lease and handed over to the applicant. The applicant for the cessation of cows was allotted in 1965, the cancellation of the allotment of legitimate land under question, and since he had been cultivating it in his possession his complaint was recorded in the Collector. The applicant had obtained the allotment of land by fraud and fraud and on the basis of the same complaint, his allotment was canceled. The Law Officer appeared on behalf of the department, admitting that the applicant was not involved in the accused accused of fraud and forgery and thus established that he was not a party to such criminal proceedings, except the applicant. No one else has claimed the land because the applicant is occupying the land. The date of his allotment is in his favor, the collector must again approve the record on the record of the applicant's cancellation of the allotment order, with no legal authority and no legal effect. The cases were sent to the collector for a new verdict on merit.
