After compiling additional matters under Code 968 and O.L.I., R1 (4) of the Code of Conduct 1908, set aside the decision and order of the First Appeal Court, the trial court, and after giving the parties the opportunity to present evidence. Received a further remand of this case. Such additional matters were challenged before the High Court in the first appeal of the order of the appellate court, following the directions of the parties to the decision of the appellate court and the decree of the trial court. Which will continue to appeal. The pending trial before the appellate court below, and after the trial court acquires additional evidence, will return the evidence to the appellate court with its findings and reasons, after the increase in settlement.
