She was pregnant the night of the wedding. The adultery affidavit regarding the appellant was first made by the defendant's father as a result of the unlawful intercourse with his parents and then by his oral statement to both of them by the appellant's parents. Posted and then published with the intention of causing harm and knowing or believing that such defamation would damage credibility, or hurt the feelings of the appellant. Both the plaintiffs and their father have, thus, committed the crime of kazaf in accordance with the exceptions provided in section 3 and provisions of the ordinance. The ordinance was not available to them
