MUHAMMAD AKRAM versus THE STATE
Pakistan Penal Code Section 304 A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Imprisonment, the amount of accused proved guilty and sentenced to imprisonment till the height of the court and Rs 1500 to the Additional Sessions Judge for use in the revised jurisdiction. The sentence was extended by one year. No evidence of any legal weakness can be identified in the statements of witnesses found satisfactory on the RI evidence record of the year. Additional Sessions Judge did not violate any provision of the law. The RI was neither strict nor excessive, and the writ petition was considered as a writ petition in the High Court and there was no justification for interference with the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction under the circumstances.
