ELAHI BAKHSH versus STATE
Sections 452/149, 506/149, 354 and 148 of the Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 10 wherein 5 149 of the Penal Code (XLV of 1860) have been read. The Special Courts for Speedy Trials Ordinance (XXV of 1991), no overt act of appealing against section 13 was acquitted, none of the accused was present in the village and his presence on that occasion meant It could not be that they had come to offer their common stock; the accused did not threaten or intimidate any witnesses. The trial court cited several reasons for his conduct which resulted in the dismissal of the appeal against the fate of the accused.
