That the two applicants have jointly scheduled the crime. Applicants, thus, could not file cases under the order of the officers mentioned in the Rule 8 directive of the Sessions Court for the registration of a case against the applicants, and the registration of the said case was also illegal because of the illegal structure. The source was taken on illegal instruction. The sessions court said police were not authorized to file the lawsuit under the law and to investigate the same order of the sessions court. The registration of this case and its registration was declared and approved by the police without legal authority and without legal influence and accordingly they were canceled.
